Advisory: BPI Systems Maintenance on October 21, 2023, 2:00 AM to 10:00 AM

We will undergo a systems maintenance activity on Saturday, October 21, 2023, 2:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

During this period, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:

• BPI Channels – ATMs and Cash Accept Machines (CAMs), BPI Online and BPI app, VYBE, BPI BizKo, and BPI BizLink*
• BPI Debit Cards
• BPI services using BPI Online credentials in partner websites and apps

* BizLink services will not be available from Friday, October 20, 2023, 10:00 PM to Saturday, October 21, 2023, 11:59 PM.

All BPI clients who plan to use BPI ATMs and CAMs; BPI Online and BPI app; BPI Online credentials in partner apps and websites; BPI Debit Cards; BPI BizKo; BPI BizLink; and VYBE.

• Funded BPI Prepaid Cards will be available for in-store and online purchases, and withdrawals via non-BPI ATMs subject to ATM usage fee. We encourage you to fund your BPI Prepaid Card any time before the scheduled systems maintenance activity on October 21, 2023.
• BPI Credit Cards will also be available for in-store and online purchases, and Cash Advance via non-BPI ATMs subject to Cash Advance fee and other applicable fees.

We encourage you to plan ahead and schedule your branch visits and transactions before the systems maintenance activity. For your branch visit, you may check our branch schedule.

• During this activity, BizLink facilities won't be accessible. Clients need to schedule their transactions before or after the scheduled activity.
• Transactions scheduled from 10:00 PM on Friday, October 20, 2023 to 11:59 PM on Saturday, October 21, 2023 will not be processed. Clients should reschedule, re-upload and approve their scheduled transactions once the system becomes available.
• Pay Employees Batch transactions scheduled during the activity will take effect as usual.

Kindly pay your bills ahead of the systems maintenance activity to avoid possible penalties and charges. You may also pay your bills using your funded BPI Prepaid Card or BPI Credit Card. 

Your scheduled BPI ADA transactions that fall within the duration of the maintenance activity will be processed on the next banking day, which is on Monday, October 23, 2023. 

No. Kindly plan ahead and make your cash withdrawals at any time before 2 AM or after 10 AM on October 21, 2023.

No. All BPI Debit Card services, including international withdrawals, will be unavailable during the systems maintenance activity. You may use your BPI Prepaid Card for international withdrawals or BPI Credit Card for international cash advances, subject to applicable fees. 

No. We recommend that you do your transactions prior to or after the scheduled maintenance activity. Your card issuer may charge fees on top of BPI fees to process your transaction.

Cash options:

• If you have a BPI Credit Card, you can do Cash Advances via non-BPI ATMs. You will need your PIN to activate the Cash Advance feature. This will be subject to cash advance fee and other service fees.
• If you have a pre-loaded ePay Mastercard/Visa Prepaid Card, you can withdraw via non-BPI ATMs. You will need your PIN to activate and proceed with your withdrawal. This will be subject to usage fees of non-BPI ATMs.

Payment options:

• You may use your BPI Credit Card for in-store and online purchases.
• You may also use your pre-loaded retail or corporate ePay Mastercard/Visa and Amore Visa Prepaid Card for in-store and online purchases.

We encourage you to plan accordingly and do your urgent transactions (CAM deposits, ATM withdrawals, and BPI Online and BPI app transactions) before the systems maintenance activity.

Yes. You can redeem VYBE rewards as this will not be affected during the maintenance activity.  

Since the activity will happen on a weekend, Saturday, October 21, 2023, when there is no clearing of checks, your post-dated checks will not be affected. However, please ensure that your checking accounts are sufficiently funded.

Your transaction history will be updated right after the systems maintenance activity.
