Claim the documents at the head office via appointment (For Housing and Auto Loan Accounts)
Request may also be filed using the BPI website (bpi.com.ph). Simply follow these steps: Visit bpi.com.ph > Loans >Type of Loan (select your product type) > After Sales Services (located on the lower portion of the page) > Request for Auto and Housing Loan Appointment. Please allow 48 hours lead time for placing your request.
Please prepare Php 300 (auto loan) / Php 800 (housing loan) as processing fee for the Cancellation of Mortgage.
Claim via a branch near you (For Auto Loan Accounts)
We can deliver your collateral documents to your nearest branch with Php 500 total processing fee (Php 300 Cancellation of Mortgage Fee and Php 200 Courier Fee).
Should you prefer this option, please file thru Branch Collateral Delivery in the BPI website (bpi.com.ph). To help you navigate, follow this guide: Visit bpi.com.ph > Loans >Type of Loans (select Auto Loan) > After-sales Services (located on the lower portion of the page) > Request for Collateral Delivery to Branch. Once filed, the processing fee can be settled to any BPI branch using the last 10 digits of your loan account number. Please send first a copy of the deposit slip to our Retail Loan Collateral Delivery Unit (retailloandelivery@bpi.com.ph) as this is one of the requirements to proceed in the processing of delivery request.
Please note that delivery of collateral documents may be delayed if request for delivery is not coordinated with the nominated branch.
