You have to be at least 21 years old but not more than 65 years old upon loan maturity.
The minimum household income should be Php 40,000.

Maximum Loan Amount: Up to 90% of property value

Minimum Loan Term: 1 year
Maximum Loan Term: Up to 5 years

• Details of crewing manager for seafarers
