Terms and Conditions

1. Promo period is from February 6, 2023 to February 26, 2023.

2. Travel period is from February 9, 2023 to November 30, 2023.

3. Qualified cardholders are entitled to avail of discounts from Emirates for straight purchases of airline tickets during the promo period, provided that the sale transactions are settled using a qualified BPI Credit Card, Debit Card, or Prepaid Card.

4. Promo can be availed online by visiting the Emirates website.

5. The fares quoted are exclusive of all taxes and surcharges. Philippine Travel tax will be settled separately at the airport. If eligible for exemption or discount, documents must be presented upon check in.

6. Fares are valid only on Emirates marketed and operated flights via Dubai.

7. All sectors must be confirmed upon ticket issuance.

8. No complimentary hotel accommodation will be offered for long transit times between flights.

9. Prevailing USD-Php exchange rates at the time of booking shall apply on fares quoted in US Dollars.

10. A copy of the valid passport of the passenger may be required upon request of Emirates.

11. Offers are subject to terms and conditions of Emirates and the BPI terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of the BPI Credit Cards, BPI Prepaid Cards, and BPI Debit Cards.

12. All BPI Credit Card transactions shall be subject to bank approval.

13. Qualified cardholders shall ensure they have the appropriate documentation to depart/enter/transit their destination and that they acknowledge the risk involved in travelling, including risks of delay as a result of COVID-19 pandemic. Emirates and BPI shall not be held responsible for any refund or any associated costs if cardholder shall be denied entry to a country of transit or destination due to reasons such as incomplete document, travel restrictions or health protocols. 14. All questions or disputes regarding the BPI cardholder’s eligibility for the promo or any redemption shall be resolved by BPI in concurrence with Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) and/or the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

1. To qualify for the offer, the cardholder must use his or her Participating BPI Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Card to pay for his or her purchases at merchant.

2. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other product.

3. The cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found fraudulent, BPI shall have the right to charge the value of the offer to his or her card.

4. Any dispute concerning the service/s related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the merchant.

5. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of the merchant.

6. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Credit, Debit or Prepaid Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this promo.
